Once you have subscribed we can have you set up and using the service the same working day.

A. Please use the resources on this FAQs page and on the rest of this site, particularly in the About Site area indicated in the menu above.

A. No, Supply Chain Analysis is a subscription service, however, IGD membership entitles organisations to a discount (member rate) on the full cost of the service (non-member rate). A. There are several subscription options for Supply Chain Analysis, depending on the number of users. To obtain a quote for your company please contact Nick Downing on +44 (0) 1923 851 956 or email nick.downing@igd.com

A. The service can be set up in a few minutes (during UK office hours Monday - Friday). Once the customer has confirmed the order, we need the following details on the users to set up the account:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Job title
  • Location.

A. One year from the customer confirming the subscription.

A. No, each user has a separate username and password. If these details are shared, the account will be blocked.

Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your licence to Supply Chain Analysis.

A. We regularly monitor usage levels and will suggest changes to the list of users. We will also remove users who have left the company and add those who have just joined (within the limits of the subscription). We also welcome changes informed by customers.

Using the service

A. Yes, and we've made it easy for you. Around the site are a number of tools which allow you to download and/or print content from the site. Here are some examples.


We offer a number of convenient options to allow you to access the information you want how you want it.

These options include individual page downloads, the flexibility to select PowerPoint and Excel files plus the ability to access complete profiles and reports.

A. Central to the new Supply Chain Analysis service, hubpages are your first port of call for information on Retailers' supply chain operations. Also Focus Area hubpages provide detailed commentary and analysis on the major issues shaping the trading environment. Make your selection from one of the drop-down menus towards the top left of the screen to view for example:

  • The latest supply chain news on Tesco or Sustainable Supply Chains
  • The most recent site updates on Carrefour or Strategy and Planning
  • The range of presentations and photos available on the 20+ retailers and the four Focus Areas.

A. We add new content to the site daily. For more details, see our What’s New page or the dedicated hubpage for your Retailer or Focus Area of interest.
