A. No, Supply Chain Analysis is a subscription service, however, IGD membership entitles organisations to a discount (member rate) on the full cost of the service (non-member rate). A. The service can be set up in a few minutes (during UK office hours Monday - Friday). Once the customer has confirmed the order, we need the following details on the users to set up the account:
A. One year from the customer confirming the subscription.
A. No, each user has a separate username and password. If these details are shared, the account will be blocked.
Please let us know if you would like to upgrade your licence to Supply Chain Analysis.
A. We regularly monitor usage levels and will suggest changes to the list of users. We will also remove users who have left the company and add those who have just joined (within the limits of the subscription). We also welcome changes informed by customers.
