A. We regularly monitor usage levels and will suggest changes to the list of users. We will also remove users who have left the company and add those who have just joined (within the limits of the subscription). We also welcome changes informed by customers.

Once you have subscribed we can have you set up and using the service the same working day.

A. The service can be set up in a few minutes (during UK office hours Monday - Friday). Once the customer has confirmed the order, we need the following details on the users to set up the account:

• Name
• Email address
• Job title
• Location.

A. No, Supply Chain Analysis is a subscription service, however, IGD membership entitles organisations to a discount (member rate) on the full cost of the service (non-member rate). A. Yes, and we've made it easy for you. Go to the hubpage of your chosen retailer, hot topic or trend section and hit the button at the bottom left of the screen (shown below).

You can then print or save the PDF file which is produced in a new window.

In addition, at the top of some pages you will find tools which allow you to print individual pages or produce PDFs of sections rather than complete profiles/hot topics. These options can be helpful if it is merely a small amount of infomation you wish to print off and take away.
