P&G has sold a number of its beauty brands to rival Henkel.
Generating $100m in sales
The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, sees P&G sell some of its hair care brands to Henkel. Among the brands are Blendax, Shamtu and Pert and the deal focuses on entry-level price shampoos. Last year, the brands generated sales of $100m, primarily in Africa, the Middle East and Europe. ...
