Benchmarking part 2: Customer centric

Six different measures are used to make it easy to compare and understand how customer centric the industry's supply chains are.

Five progressive maturity levels have been defined: Assumed (Level 1), Able, Average, Advanced and Aspirational (Level 5).

The following measures are rated using the aforementioned maturity levels: Focused on forecasting / looking at the long term / shaping strategy / planning with partners / driven by demand / serving shoppers. Then, the average score on each measure for different segments is displayed.
