Family run since 1945, Reynolds is one of the largest fresh food distributors in the UK. However the company didn’t have capability to accurately monitor the real-time performance of its deliveries. Without this insight, service levels were impacted and delivery delays happened all too often. The team began to develop a custom IT module for the logistics team.
