The UK government extends cabotage rights amid the HGV driver shortage

The government has announced plans to temporarily allow overseas lorry drivers to make unlimited journeys in the UK within a 14 day period. Only two pick-ups or drop-offs are currently allowed each week “Cabotage” refers to the right to operate transport services within a given country.…
